I rate girls based on their looks, attitude, and performance.

Most of my ratings are based on how I enjoyed the girl and why. I put a lot more emphasis on her attitude than I do her looks, but a bad dancer is just embarrassing.

A girl who looks awesome, appears to be enjoying herself, and is good at what she does is a rarity and will get a perfect 10.
