I’m going to admit that I have a real nurse fetish.  It’s become obvious to me, after having done these reviews for over two years, that if a nurse’s outfit is involved, I’m more likely to give a higher score.  One of the first cards I ever reviewed was Elya in Nursing Care and then, one after another, I gave higher scores than usual to the rest.  I should probably do an “All Nurse’s Review” or something.

Anyway, Marta hardly needs a nurse’s outfit to augment her built-in awesomeness.  This card is another excellent show from this hot VirtuaGirl.  She is missing her panties through most of it – a big turn on.

Her style, attitude, hot looks, and very good striptease skills put Marta apart.  It would be hard for anyone, Marta fan or not, nurse fetish or not, big fake breasts lover or not, to find something wrong with this card.  It’s definitely deserving of a Perfect 10 score.
